SHIPPING AND TRACKING

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders within the Argentine Republic are delivered via the logistics company Andreani. International shipments will be delivered via DHL.

SHIPPING TYPES for Argentina:

SAME-DAY HOME DELIVERY: Purchases made before 12 PM on business days will be delivered the same day. Valid only for Córdoba.

STANDARD HOME DELIVERY:

  • Via Andreani: For Córdoba the delivery time will be 5 to 8 business days after purchase. For CABA, GBA, and the rest of the country, the delivery time will be 7 business days after purchase.

The purchase must be collected by the account holder; in the event of sending a third party, they must bring an authorization signed by the account holder and a document verifying their identity. No exceptions.

* All purchases made on non-business days will be considered as having been made on the following business day.

*During commercial events such as Hot Sale, Cyber Monday, or brand-specific promotions, processing, shipping, and delivery times may be affected.


SHIPPING COST

The shipping cost will be indicated in both the shopping cart and at checkout before making payment. This will be charged to the customer, except for those carts that exceed the minimum amount for free shipping.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once we have dispatched the order, we will send you an email with the tracking number along with instructions to track your order according to the chosen logistics provider.


I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER AND THE DELIVERY TIME HAS PASSED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS AT MY ADDRESS WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?

If there is no one there on the first visit, the courier will return 48 hours later. In the event that no one is found at the address again, you must go to the assigned distribution center within 72 hours with your ID and tracking number.


CAN SOMEONE ELSE RECEIVE THE PACKAGE?

Your order can be received by any person over 18 years of age who is at the registered address.
